In the hearing aid industry since 2002.
Previous experience working for a large national company and then a regional company before setting up UK Hearing Centres in Congleton in 2008. The company has now expanded to new state of the art premises in Congleton and has centres at Glossop and Poynton.

More recently, the company has merged with The Hearing Clinic Uk meaning increased investment in equipment and product sourcing.

 

Anthony prides himself on his knowledge and ability to prescribe hearing aids from all manufacturers including the very latest models.

 

Unmatched customer aftercare is also a key element in successfully selling hearing aids according to Anthony. After care and regular check ups are essential.

Kay was recruited right at the start, in 2008, and her friendliness and genuine desire to help has made her a firm favourite with the customers. Kay lives in Congleton and has become close to many of the customers.

 

She handles repairs and bookings and has even dropped hearing aids off for customers on her way home and at weekends. It's even rumoured she
cooked Xmas dinner for an elderly customer one year!
 

Kay puts her connection to the customers as her main like of the job.

Leah has a diploma in adult nursing and works as a senior nurse in district nursing.

Leah is fully trained in microsuction and irrigation for ear wax removal and works one or two days a week at Congleton performing this task.

As with Kay and Anthony, Leah places customer service and attention as the number one
most important factor in her role.

Nikki has lived in Congleton for 11 years. She is the newest member of the Congleton team, having joined us in May 2025. 

 

Nikki says she has been made to feel part of the team from day one. Nikki works front of house on Friday and Saturday and provides holiday cover.
